3D Repertoire is an Integrated Project (IP) funded by the European Commission under the 6th Framework Programme. The project started in February 2005 and it brought together researchers from twenty institutions, including three private companies, from eight different countries. The main goal of 3D Repertoire was to solve the structures of all amenable protein complexes from the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae at the best feasible resolution, by electron microscopy, X-ray crystallography, and in silico methods.

The project ended on the 31st of January 2010. This website summarizes success stories from 3D Repertoire, including publications, protocols and several structures of biologically relevant molecular machines.
