A multidisciplinary approach to determine the structures of protein complexes in a model organism

3D Repertoire is an Integrated Project (IP) funded by the European Commission under Framework 6. The project started in February 2005 with 54 month duration and it brings together scientists from eighteen institutions, including three private companies. The main goal of 3D Repertoire is to solve the structures of all amenable protein complexes from the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae at the best feasible resolution, by electron microscopy, X-ray crystallography, and in silico methods.
